چکیده
In this work, vertically aligned TiO2 nanowires (TiO2-NWs) and Ag nanoparticle (Ag-NP)-assisted aligned TiO2 (TAT-NWs) were deposited on glass flexible polyethylene terephthalate (PET) substrates using the glancing angle deposition (GLAD) technique. The morphology structural analysis of samples manifest successful TiO2-NWs TAT-NWs. high-resolution transmission electron microscopy (HR-TEM) image shows polycrystalline nature. Further, X-ray diffraction (XRD) result confirms nature both TiO2-NW TAT-NW samples. Besides, HR-TEM presence small crystal grains Ag-NPs at mid annealed It is evident from selected area (SAED) TAT-NWs that crystallinity present in improves after annealing. absorption spectrum substrate enhances peak visible region with a maximum at ~ 450 nm wavelength compared to TiO2-NWs, which may be attributed surface plasmon resonance (SPR) effect Ag-NPs. it interesting observe PET show further enhancement UV regions. addition, photoluminescence (PL) reveals band gap is ~ 3.12 eV. Therefore, proposed method fabricating ITO-coated GLAD technique applicable for developing novel photoanode dye-sensitized solar cells (DSSCs) other optoelectronic applications.

Piezoelectric potential in vertically aligned nanowires for high output nanogenerators.
In this work we analyze the coupled piezoelectric and semiconductive behavior of vertically aligned ZnO nanowires under uniform compression. The screening effect on the piezoelectric field caused by the free carriers in vertically compressed zinc oxide nanowires (NWs) has been computed by means of both analytical considerations and finite element calculations. We predict that, for typical geome...
متن کاملconstruction and validation of translation metacognitive strategy questionnaire and its application to translation quality
like any other learning activity, translation is a problem solving activity which involves executing parallel cognitive processes. the ability to think about these higher processes, plan, organize, monitor and evaluate the most influential executive cognitive processes is what flavell (1975) called “metacognition” which encompasses raising awareness of mental processes as well as using effectiv...
The Influence of Ag Doping on Structural, Optical Properties and Photocatalytic Activity of TiO2/SiO2 Nanocomposite
In the present study, TiO 2 /SiO 2 and TiO 2 /SiO 2 /Ag nanocomposite powders were synthesized by sol-gel technique. Moreover, for investigation of the Ag doping effect different concentrations of dopant were added. Structures were characterized by IR spectroscopy, Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM), Energy Dispersive Analytical X-Ray (EDAX), and X-Ray Diffraction (XRD) methods. Fur...
متن کاملNonlinear Responses and Optical Limiting Behavior of Ag Nanoparticle Suspension
In this study, the nonlinear optical properties and optical limiting performance of the silver nanoparticles (AgNPs) in distilled water are investigated. The nonlinear absorption coefficient of the colloid is measured by the Z-scan technique. The optical limiting behavior of the AgNP suspension is investigated under exposure to nanosecond laser pulses at 532 nm. The results show that nonlinear ...
متن کاملElastic property of vertically aligned nanowires.
An atomic force microscopy (AFM) based technique is demonstrated for measuring the elastic modulus of individual nanowires/nanotubes aligned on a solid substrate without destructing or manipulating the sample. By simultaneously acquiring the topography and lateral force image of the aligned nanowires in the AFM contacting mode, the elastic modulus of the individual nanowires in the image has be...
